Tiwalola Ogunlesi is a globally recognised coach specialising in positive psychology, international speaker, author and the founder of Confident and Killing It. Through engaging and practical workshops, media and coaching programmes, Tiwa equips women with the tools they need to overcome fear and self-doubt, programme their minds for success and live out their biggest dreams.
Filled with energy, enthusiasm & charisma, Tiwa has a powerful & positive voice empowering others to trust themselves, speak up and take action in life. But don’t worry, she keeps it real without anything ‘fluffy’. Research shows there is a Confidence Gap between men and women, and 7/10 of young women in the UK suffer from low self-esteem. Which is why Tiwa is passionate about breaking generational cycles of low self-esteem in women & girls, and championing change through positive, practical & proactive media and experiences.
Inspiring confidence through community
As well as inspiring confidence through coaching and public speaking, Tiwa founded her own community to inspire ever more women to achieve their dreams. Confident and Killing It is a purpose driven organisation and community that wakes women up to their worth so they can be confident, unstoppable and dare to live the life they truly desire. Tiwa’s first book Confident and Killing It was published by HarperCollins in July 2022, to great acclaim.
How did Tiwalola Ogunlesi become a confidence expert?
If there is one thing Tiwa gets - it’s how to unlock your most confident self. Having struggled with low self-esteem throughout her teenage years, Tiwa founded Confident and Killing It in 2017 to help girls & women overcome the very issues she faced.
Since starting in 2018 she’s upskilled over 10,000 women across the world and delivered engaging experiences for brands and organisations such as Google, Meta, The Times, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, Viacom CBS, Spotify, Squarespace, UN Women UK, The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy and many more.
